The drum cutter, also known as milling & excavation head, is an auxiliary attachment for excavators. It is applied for excavation and trimming in mines, tunnels, culverts and underpasses. It can work together with hydraulic breakers, hydraulic shears and other general equipment for tunnel excavation and contour profiling. It causes little stratum disturbance and low noise during operation with high excavation safety, especially suitable for areas where blasting is restricted.
