Wear-resistant Material with Replaceable Parts

The bucket body is made of wear-resistant material. Reinforcement and protective plates are fitted in high-wear zones. Replaceable wear liners are welded on spiral blades for longer service life than ordinary steel plates. The drive chain is equipped with a chain tensioner, featuring lighter structure and lower maintenance cost compared with reduction gears.

Safe & Labor-saving Operation

The hydraulically controlled discharge gate can be operated directly by the driver from the cab. No need to get off for manual opening, greatly improving operation convenience and safety.

Multi-function In One Unit

The mixing bucket combines the material handling capacity of skid steer loader with concrete mixing function. One machine completes the whole workflow including feeding, mixing, transportation, site transfer and discharging.

Uniform Mixing without Material Blockage

The hydraulic motor driven by the host machine powers the spiral blades inside the bucket. It delivers low speed and high torque (instead of high speed and low torque), creating three-dimensional convection of aggregates, cement and water inside the bucket for more uniform mixing.
